New Disability Counsel website launched

Summary: The site is run by a barrister who undertakes cases throughout England and Wales on behalf of disabled people in the Employment Tribunal, County Court and High Court, to ensure the rights given to disabled people under the Equality Act 2010 have force and meaning.

The new website allows you to find out what you can do if you are the victim of discrimination

Based in Nottingham, Andrew Hogan is a barrister and referral lawyer, who works with solicitors. He says, 'If you have a worthwhile claim, it can be pursued at no cost to you, and with the benefit of insurance, which protects you against having to pay the legal costs of your opponent in court, should you lose.'
