Summary: The 30% Club is a group of chairmen voluntarily committed to bringing more women onto UK corporate boards.

The 30% Club is a group of chairmen voluntarily committed to bringing more women onto UK corporate boards.

It aims to do this by:

• Inspiring company leaders to appoint more women to executive and non-executive directorships;
• Improving the pipeline below board level, to widen the talent pool available to business;
• Supporting and encouraging successful women in business.

The initiative was launched in November 2010.
