Summary: On 15 December 2011, the Equality and Human Rights Commission published a revised version of ‘Equality information and the equality duty: A guide for public authorities’.
This edition reflects the final version of the specific duty regulations and it replaces the first edition of January 2011.
The guide is for public authorities in England and for non-devolved public authorities in Scotland and Wales.
