The Employment Equality Regulations 2003 (Religion/Belief)

Provides protection for workers from discrimination and harassment at work on grounds of religion and/or belief.

The regulations will enable individuals to take prompt and effective action to tackle discrimination and harassment, and enable people to have an equal chance of training and promotion, whatever their religion or belief.
