The Employment Equality Regulations 2003 (Sexual Orientation)

Provides protection for workers from discrimination and harassment at work on grounds of their sexual orientation.

These regulations apply to all aspects of employment and training, including recruitment, promotion, terms and conditions (including pay) and dismissals. It will enable individuals to tackle discrimination and harassment, and offers people an equal chance of training and promotion, whatever their sexual orientation.
