Mainstreaming Equality: Get an Equality Health Check
REDP introduced its "Mainstreaming Equality" project on the morning of Thursday 2 July 2009 at Highpoint Conference Centre, Glenfield Road, Leicester. The event was opened by Laura Horton, Project Manager for REDP and "Mainstreaming Equality" and featured a presentation by George M Ballentyne of Leicester Council of Faiths, one of REDP's core partners. Guest speaker was Isabelle Livingston, from the National Equality Partnership, who set this project in the context of related work around the country. "Mainstreaming Equality" will provide information, analysis, guidance and training for infrastructure support groups in Leicestershire and Rutland.
