THE EQUALITY BILL ’09: GOOD FOR RACE EQUALITY
3 roundtable events on the Equality Bill which is due to become enacted next spring but will go through the Commons and Lords again this autumn.
The Roundtables will:
· Hear the arguments for and against the Bill and some of its good and bad points,
· Learn the timetable of passage through the Commons and Lords and
· Devise a lobbying strategy.
We can make a difference if we act together - this is the only chance we are going to get.
