A major event organised by the Regional Equality & Diversity Partnership to empower the VCS Service Provider & Service users
Where: King Power Stadium, Leicester
When: December 6th 2011
Audience: VCS – service providers and users.
Aimed at service users, disabled people, frontline groups, infrastructure groups and partnerships as well carers.
Aims: A major event organised by the Regional Equality & Diversity Partnership to identify the risks and opportunities that Personalisation presents. With so much uncertainty around what the personalisation agenda means for people and organisations, the conference will de-mystify the agenda by drawing on expert opinion as well as user experience together with a in depth look at the principles of personalisation. This will be of particular benefit to organisations and service users.
Furthermore, the conference will set out the risks and opportunities that personalisation presents for providers, giving providers practical information about developing their services and business models to meet the needs of this new emerging open market environment.
The event will consist of Key Note Speakers and workshops delivered by those in the field of personalisation and designed to put you in the best place to be an active and informed member of the personalisation agenda!

Attendance at the event is free but a £20 voluntary donation in return for admission is welcomed. This will help assist the host organisation with the running costs of the event. Organisations who do not wish to make a contribution will NOT be excluded from attending this event. All contributors will be acknowledged.
